Our role
Paid advertising — Gaygency flights (LGBTQ+ fan list, Pride Weekend, July 4)
We run The Gaygency's flights inside the club's shared ad account — LGBTQ+ fan-list growth and match-moment pushes — alongside campaigns managed by other partners. This page shows the whole account, with our flights called out.
What worked
Instant Forms turned $1,510 into 1,637 leads
The Evergreen Instant Forms campaign delivered 1,637 leads at $0.92 each — 80% of the month's results on 9% of the spend, with the account's best click-through rate (3.87%).
The LGBTQ+ email signup flight stayed cheap
Our always-on LGBTQ+ Email Signup campaign added 95 fan-list signups at $4.89 each with a 4.33% click-through rate — the database-building engine from the summer flights is still compounding.
What we’re fixing
Prospecting costs run high next to the lead engines
The three big prospecting campaigns spent $12,600 at $38–$47 per result, and the LPV Traffic campaign ran at $137.83 — against $0.92–$4.89 in the instant-form and email-capture formats.
What we recommend
Those prospecting campaigns are managed by a separate partner, so this is a recommendation rather than a change we've made: at the next review, it's worth discussing shifting more prospecting budget into the instant-form and email-capture formats that are producing results at a fraction of the cost.
Notes
How to read these numbers
This page shows the full ad account, which carries campaigns from more than one partner. The Gaygency's June flights are the LGBTQ+ Email Signup, Pride Weekend, and July 4 vs Seattle Reign campaigns; the ESV-prefixed campaigns are managed separately. We report the whole account so you always see the complete picture.
